WHY THIS PODCAST EXISTS
We couldn't find what we needed. So we built it.
There is no shortage of spiritual content. But when Troy walked away from 15 years as a Baptist preacher - questioning everything he had built his life on - we looked for something that could hold both worlds. The church roots and the conscious awakening. The scripture and the universal law. The masculine deconstruction and the feminine integration.
We couldn't find it. Not one space that held the messy, real, unscripted journey of two people navigating spiritual awakening together - in relationship, in nature, on the road. So we created it.
Not as teachers. Not as gurus. As two people willing to be seen - doing the work, making the mistakes, finding the light, and sharing every step of it. That is our fire walk, Sacred Souljourners. With our 3 dogs.

Troy Hawkner
A grounded protector of the sacred, Troy channels deep inner work and unapologetic truth. His path from traditional structures to open, untamed spiritual sovereignty grounds the Souljourners in stability, courage, and real-world transformation. He holds the fire.
Troy spent 15 years as a Baptist evangelical preacher before walking away from what no longer felt true — choosing instead to rediscover the sacred on his own terms.
His path is now grounded in nature, a direct relationship with the divine, and a deep respect for the unseen — without needing to define it.
He has a big heart, a deep love for animals, and is continuing to awaken to his spiritual gifts in real time. Through lucid dreams and inner connection, he receives insight, clarity, and guidance that continue to shape and expand his path from his spirit guides, the Owl, Archangel Raphael & Archangel Michael. He shares these insights on the podcast for all to benefit.
After building and running his own trucking business for four years, Troy is now answering a deeper call — to share his spiritual journey openly, and to walk that path alongside the woman he loves.

Zan Kavanah
With an intuitive grace and unwavering connection to the ethereal, Zan elevates the journey. She breathes life into the heavy spaces, reminding those around her of the light within. She is the wind that feeds the flame.
Zan has been walking the path of conscious spirituality for over two decades — lived, tested, and integrated through real experience and her nomadic life.
She was the founder of AQUAMANTRA Water and creates art as a transmission artist, wisdom keeper, and integrator — weaving together universal principles, manifestation, and heart–mind coherence in a way that is both practical and deeply embodied.
Her life is guided by faith, creativity, and an unwavering devotion to expression — whether through art, content, travel, or connection. She carries a deep reverence for animals and a love for all beings, and feels a natural pull to share consciousness with those who are open to receive it.
She is devoted to living this path fully — and is deeply lit up to be walking it alongside the man she loves.

JUNE 2026
As of June 2026 Troy and Zan loaded a full travel trailer with three dogs and hit the open road with no fixed destination. Just nature, fire circles, the podcast, and wherever the sacred calls them next. This is not a content strategy. This is our actual life. Souljourner Members will know where we are stopping. Open fire circles — no ticket, no doctrine, just the fire and whoever shows up. They look forward to meeting the rest of the tribe.
