1. About Sacred Souljourners
Sacred Souljourners operates as Sacred Souljourners Ministry - an Unincorporated Religious Association and Private Membership Association organized and operating under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. We offer spiritual content, community, educational resources, products, events, and ceremonial services through our website, podcast, and traveling fire circles. Our primary website is sacredsouljourners.life. All offerings are made exclusively to members of the Sacred Souljourners Private Membership Association.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, join our membership, purchase products, or attend our events. By using Sacred Souljourners services you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
3. Our Services
Sacred Souljourners offers the following services exclusively to members of this Private Membership Association: Podcast - free spiritual content on all major platforms. Website - educational and community content at sacredsouljourners.life. Membership - Souljourney Tribe at $11/month or $111/year. Products and Shop - altar tools, sacred kits, and merchandise. Events and Fire Circles - in-person gatherings, open fire circles, ceremonies, and rites of passage during our traveling journey. Ceremonial Services - weddings, funerals, and life transition ceremonies by ordained ministers. Wellness Practices - spiritual wellness content, meditations, and sacred tools.
4. Membership Terms
Souljourney Tribe membership is $11.00 per month or $111.00 per year. You may cancel at any time - cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for months already paid. We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct inconsistent with our community values.
5. Products and Shop
All product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for damaged items. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Sacred Souljourners is not responsible for carrier delays.
6. Events, Fire Circles, and Gatherings
All events and fire circles are conducted exclusively for members of this Private Membership Association. By attending any Sacred Souljourners event you agree that: you attend voluntarily and at your own risk; Sacred Souljourners is not liable for any injury or loss at any event; you voluntarily waive any and all claims against Sacred Souljourners for any injury or adverse outcome; you grant Sacred Souljourners permission to photograph and record events for social media and content - notify us if you do not wish to be photographed; events may be modified or cancelled with reasonable advance notice; participation in outdoor fire circles involves inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for your own safety.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
All Sacred Souljourners content is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Content you share in our community remains your intellectual property. By sharing in our community you grant Sacred Souljourners a non-exclusive royalty-free license to share and repost your content with credit given to you. We will never sell your content without your explicit written consent.
8. Important Disclaimer
Sacred Souljourners content is for spiritual, educational, and inspirational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared by Zan Kavanah, Troy Hawkner, or Sacred Souljourners should be interpreted as professional guidance of any kind. Please seek appropriate professional support for medical, mental health, or legal matters.
9. Privacy
We collect name, email, and payment information solely to provide our services and process transactions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is protected and used only in connection with your relationship with Sacred Souljourners.
10. Third Party Platforms
Our podcast is distributed through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and YouTube. Our community may operate through HiTribe and Facebook. These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Sacred Souljourners is not responsible for third-party platform policies or content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Souljourners and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sacred Souljourners in the three months preceding any claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the constitutional and common law of the United States of America, with particular reference to the First Amendment protections afforded to Unincorporated Religious Associations and Private Membership Associations. To the extent state law applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing in these Terms waives any constitutional right or protection afforded to Sacred Souljourners as a Private Membership Association. Any dispute shall first be subject to good faith mediation before any other proceeding is initiated.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date and notify active members via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Legal Structure and Constitutional Protection
Sacred Souljourners operates as Sacred Souljourners Ministry - an Unincorporated Religious Association and Private Membership Association organized under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, including the rights of freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and freedom of association. All services are offered exclusively within the private domain between consenting adult members. By joining Sacred Souljourners in any capacity you acknowledge that you are entering into a private membership relationship governed by these Terms and the protections afforded to Private Membership Associations under United States constitutional and common law.
16. Private Domain Declaration
Sacred Souljourners hereby declares that all operations, services, content, events, gatherings, ceremonies, products, and membership activities are conducted within the private domain as protected activities of a Private Membership Association and Unincorporated Religious Association. All interactions between Sacred Souljourners and its members are private contractual relationships. Nothing offered by Sacred Souljourners is offered to the general public - all offerings are made exclusively to members of this Private Membership Association. This declaration does not exempt Sacred Souljourners or its members from applicable criminal law - it protects the association's constitutionally guaranteed rights of privacy, religion, speech, and association within the bounds of lawful activity.
17. Ceremonial and Spiritual Services
Zan Kavanah and Troy Hawkner are ordained ministers operating within Sacred Souljourners Ministry. Ceremonial services - including weddings, funerals, rites of passage, and life transition ceremonies - are offered exclusively to members. These services are religious and spiritual in nature and are not licensed therapeutic, psychological, medical, or legal services. By participating in any ceremonial service, members acknowledge that: participation is entirely voluntary; Sacred Souljourners ministers are not licensed therapists or medical professionals; members hold full sovereignty over their own spiritual path; Sacred Souljourners shall not be held liable for any outcome arising from participation in ceremonial services.
18. Wellness Practices and Sacred Tools
Sacred Souljourners may offer wellness practices, altar tools, sacred kits, meditations, and frequency-based content exclusively to members. These offerings are spiritual and educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Members acknowledge that: all wellness offerings are spiritual only; Sacred Souljourners makes no medical claims; members consult their own licensed healthcare professionals for medical needs; Sacred Souljourners shall not be held liable for any outcome arising from use of any wellness practice or sacred tool.
19. Events and Fire Circles - PMA Provisions
All Sacred Souljourners events and fire circles are conducted exclusively for members of this Private Membership Association and are protected under the constitutional rights of freedom of association and freedom of religion. By attending any event, members voluntarily and knowingly waive any and all claims against Sacred Souljourners for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse outcome. Members acknowledge that participation in outdoor gatherings and fire circles involves inherent risks and assume full responsibility for their own safety and wellbeing.
20. Private Membership Agreement
By becoming a paid Souljourney Tribe Member you enter into a binding private membership agreement with Sacred Souljourners Ministry. As a member you are entitled to: access to all member benefits; privacy and confidentiality of your personal information; respectful treatment consistent with our community values; the right to cancel at any time; full sovereignty over your own spiritual path. As a member you agree to: engage with respect and integrity; honor the private nature of this association; take personal responsibility for your own spiritual path and wellbeing; uphold our values of love over fear, curiosity over dogma, and sovereignty over dependence; confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
21. Sovereignty and Non-Interference Declaration
Sacred Souljourners Ministry asserts its constitutional right to operate freely within the private domain without undue interference from any regulatory body or government agency with respect to its protected religious, spiritual, educational, and associational activities. This declaration is not a claim of immunity from criminal law - it is an assertion of the First Amendment rights guaranteed to all Americans: the right to freely practice religion, speak freely, associate with whom we choose, and organize privately for shared purpose. Sacred Souljourners operates with full integrity, transparency, and devotion to the highest good of every soul in our community.
